Out of the three books that Curious Kiwi suggested, I chose Matilda. She sounds very kind and sometimes silly. I think the book would be pretty good for people my age and I want to see what Matilda does to the teacher that is bossing her around.
I am a Year 5 student at Pt England School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Rooms 9 and 10. My teachers are Mr Baxendine and Mr Goodwin.

ReplyDeleteMatilda is a great choice. It's very funny and very silly! In fact, Matilda does a number of crazy things to her teacher and her family. I remember reading this book when I was in primary school and all of our class really enjoyed it. I believe that they have also made it into a movie in the 1990s that was very popular. Have you seen it?
